COMES WITH NEW SET OF ACOUSTIC STRINGS and new bridges(they are in the mail).I installed strings and 2 generic bridges.possibly an old knockoff.apparently Egmond never made guitars in Korea.I installed new nylon strings.bridges possibly could be shaved down for lower action. Complete label inside,there is other writing under Korea but can't read it is next to model as shown in pictures,2 tuner handles gone(small white knobs)the tuners are original(3 per side)engraved but missing 2 knobs,one on each side,part of green design gone as shown in picture 1,body good neck has small crack at bottom show in picture,name Kathy y Cheo scratched lightly on head shown in picture.Guitar could be right or left handed,With 2 knobs, guitar could be worth thousands.(I personally do not want to ruin any of the original guitar)very difficult finding one like it.Check the history of Egmond.later bought by Martin guitar co.Many famous guitarists started on a Egmond.Paul Mccartney the beatles,Brian May of Queen ect.Very old llector item.priceless possibly one of first Egmond guitars pre 1930's.read "The Egmond Story" on line when Egmond stopped importing instruments in 1935.I made the price cheaper due to some of the issues.I am not a Luthier so I can't repair it.I'm gonna research who Kathy is.price may go up drastically if I find out it is famous and exactly how old guitar is.It says its pre 1935 when Edmond stopped importing but the Edmond's were selling instruments and teaching before that in 1932 named "Musica".
